Notice the sensations of the breath moving through your body. If it feels weird, where is your inhaler? Maybe the AQI is terrible today.
Whatever else is going on, before we start clarifying problems to solve, you probably need more water. I know I do.
If you’ve had water in the last hour, maybe you need salt, protein, sugar, a painkiller, or caffeine.
Set a timer for 10 minutes. Stop pretending you don’t have a body that needs things.
